Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules can change and are happy to accommodate adjustments when possible. Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled up to the day prior to the scheduled drive without penalty. Same‑day cancellations are subject to a $60 cancellation fee. Exceptions may be made for circumstances such as illness, bad weather, or school cancellations. If you think you cannot make a drive, contact us as soon as possible. Sometimes we may be able to switch you with another student to a more convenient time, or we may have to book appointments to another time entirely.
While we make every effort to provide reliable and consistent service, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule drives due to circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Booking/Cancelling Private lessons
Payment in full is required at the time of booking for all individual drives and private lessons, unless otherwise arranged. If a drive is cancelled, we will work with you to reschedule at a mutually convenient time. Please note that same‑day cancellations are non‑refundable, and the $60 fee must be paid before any future bookings.
Extra Drives
We recognize that each student learns at their own pace, and some may benefit from additional time behind the wheel to reach their full potential. Our commitment goes beyond simply completing the required drives; our aim is to ensure every student is confident and well-prepared to handle various situations on the road independently.
For students enrolled in the full driver’s education programs, we offer up to three extra drives, totalling 13 hours, at no additional cost, when necessary. Should a student want more than 13 hours of driving time, each additional hour will be provided at a discounted rate of $50 per hour. Please note that private individual lessons, which are not part of the full program, remain at $60 per hour.
